BOOKING INFORMATION
Dogpatch WineWorks is housed in a unique loft-like environment, originally constructed for a post-war canning factory where original details and architecture have been preserved.
In the prime location of the Dogpatch District, Dogpatch WineWorks joins a number of creative new artisan shops and dining establishments.
The Dogpatch WineWorks space, with its high ceilings and flexible floor plan, has already hosted a number of private events from intimate dinners to corporate functions, and aims to become a venue of choice for event planners, brides and others hosting special occasions.
Beverage Guidelines
The existing licensing at Dogpatch WineWorks only permits the service of beer and wine. No hard alcohol is permitted under any circumstances.
As Dogpatch WineWorks is a collective tasting room, clients may choose from our internal wine list for event needs.
We allow champagne, sparkling wine and beer upon request, however no outside still wines may be served. We require a Tasting Room staff member to pour wine at events.
Each server is billed at $20 an hour in addition to the venue fee.
Deposit
Dogpatch WineWorks requires a 50% deposit to hold an event date with balance required 14 days before the event date.
A separate $500 cleaning deposit must be held by credit card at the time of booking.
The cleaning deposit may be held if a client does not complete proper breakdown after an event or there has been damage to the facility, equipment or furniture.
Security
It is recommended that parties above fifty people hire private security. This can be arranged by our in-house event planner for an additional fee.
Cancellations
If an event is cancelled, the client forfeits the entire fee unless the venue is re-rented for the same day, in which case the fee will be refunded with Dogpatch WineWorks retaining a $500 administrative fee.
Capacity
Dogpatch WineWorks has a flexible floorplan that can accommodate small groups to large parties or gatherings. Our capacity is 350 for a standing reception and 200 for a seated event.
Rates
The venue is available seven days a week by half day or full day rentals with additional time available in hourly increments.
Events must end due to noise ordinances by 11pm. Set up and breakdown must be included in rental period. As we are a working winery and tasting room, early equipment deliveries may be approved on a case by case basis.
Dogpatch WineWorks accepts no responsibility for storage. Additional fees may apply.
Rental rates include the use of existing lighting, SONOS sound system, plasma television, 14ft long custom bar and barstools (12).
Rates include janitorial services. Our space features a food prep area equipped with a catering sink. A reach-in refrigerator is available, as well as the use of a 90-second cycle, high heat glass washer.
Additional items available for use in rental fee:
- Two 9 foot brown leather chesterfield style couches and occasional table
- Four 8 foot standard folding tables
